What do we offer?

U-ACT in partnership with The Global Wellness Education Network, Recovery Connections (UK) and The Foundation Clinic (ZA) offer a number of systemic coach training offerings.

Through the use of systemic coaching we are able to assist in the transformation and growth of those seeking sustainable to achieve personal and professional growth and transformation.

 

As a coach or peer recovery specialist will be able to support your clients in developing a lifestyle that resonates with and supports their needs, wants, values, preferences and goals.

Our training is offered in live and online formats, with experiential training and practical requirements to complete your certification.

U-ACT Coach Training

U-​ACT and its partner organisations offer internationally accredited systemic coach training. 

We offer live and online training in the following areas:

  • GWEN Certified Systemic Business Coach (CSBC)

  • U-ACT Certified Professional Recovery Coach (CPRC)

  • Rebirth Wellness Practitioner

  • Pocket Rehab Peer Recovery Specialist

  • Calm Lion Professional Recovery Wellness Coach

Training is offered live and online, with certain courses being a hybrid offering.

Courses are facilitated by professional facilitators who are knowledgeable and experienced coaches, with expertise as coaches and facilitators.

What can you expect?

All training courses are structured in line with our International Coach Register accreditation requirements.

  • 40 hours of theoretical training and coaching (live and/or online).

  • 10 hours of online groups and calls to support experiential learning.

  • Access to the organisational e-learning platform on Teachable.

This course has been created for those interested in working in corporate and organisational spaces. The training equips individuals with skills, tools, and methodologies to empower their clients in professional environments.

David Collins trains organisations within corporates, businesses, and institutions to support their teams around systemic and organisational wellness. This training is relevant for large and small companies striving for success.

David Collins

David is a Master Coach, OD Professional and the U-ACT founder. He leads the international facilitation team, training in the fields of recovery, systemic wellness and corporate coaching. David has extensive executive coaching experience, as well as being the CEO of The Foundation Clinic.

David is based in London, UK, and spearheads the majority of the online trainings, working with international containers on an ongoing basis. David is the founder of U-ACT; both the trust and the training academy. He has spent many years working in this space and marries his corporate experience with his knowledge of systemic coaching to create an empowering approach to the treatment and management of, and recovery from, substance use, addiction, and mental health disorders.

He is currently involved in several exciting new projects and initiatives, including working with Cricket SA.

Leigh-Anne Brierley

Leigh-Anne is a Certified Master Coach, and U-ACT facilitator. She is the organisation's course creator and coordinator, and facilitates the recovery wellness outpatient programme at The Foundation Clinic, as well as running her own coaching practice.

Leigh-Anne facilitates live and online trainings in Johannesburg, South Africa. She is instrumental in curriculum development and obtaining CPD certification and accreditation for the Certified Professional Recovery Coach (CPRC) Training and Recovery Wellness Programme (RWP).

 

The RWP is a personal growth and development coaching programme for individuals in recovery or professionals wanting to support their clients recovering from, and managing, substance use, addiction and mental health disorders.
